Step 1: Choose Your Products

• Browse our shop and add your favorite Pokémon TCG items to your cart.

Step 2: Decide How You Want Them Delivered

• At checkout, choose one of the following options:

1. Opened on Stream: We'll open your products live on our TikTok channel (@PokeSnerk), and shipping is free worldwide (you’ll receive only the hits, bulk is not included in free shipping).
2. Sealed Products: Your items will stay unopened and be shipped sealed to your address (shipping will be calculated later).

Step 3: Complete Your Purchase

• Proceed to checkout and complete your payment for the selected products.

Step 4: Shipping Process for Sealed Products

• If you chose sealed products:

1. After your purchase, we’ll contact you via email or Discord to provide shipping options and prices.
2. Once you’ve chosen your preferred shipping option, we will create an online product called "Shipping (your username)" and we will ship your order as soon as we receive your payment.

Step 5: Receive Your Order

• For live openings, we’ll ship your cards for free after the stream.
• For sealed products, your order will be shipped once the shipping fee is paid.
